            JD's Remodeling did a great job of remodeling, but has not furnished an invoice for additional charges he had incurred. Our insurance company, *************************, negotiated a sum of $10.200, but he incurred a total of $15,******. We gave him a check on 25 Jan 2023 for $9,000, so he charged us another $6******, which totaled $15, ****** total. This is $5,166.33, which we wrote a check for on 21 Mar 2023. Our insurance company will not pay us until ***** (JD's Construction) gets us that invoice for the additional $5,166.33. I have contacted ***** several times, either talking to him or leaving a voice message. He promised to get this invoice done a month ago and has not done so. Please encourage ***** to get this into us. Thank you

            This company does not care about property. He went on someones property and cut down trees and left the trash there. He didnt even have respect for property and to clean up the mess he made. He also keeps trashing the cat colony food area. Cats have done nothing to him but he keeps trashing the area but his area is clean. Now in the back of his house is nothing but trash and the cats are confused because he messed up the landscape. If he has no respect of someones property then he has no respect for your property when it comes to fixing. I would not have this person do anything to my house at all.
