I hired SW Roofing in 2022 to replace the composite roof on my house and shop in ******* with a metal roof. The first payment to SW was on 10/3/2022 to begin the job. The last payment was made on 4/3/2023 when the job finally completed. The total job cost was $31K including gutters. This is a wintertime residence for me and in late March I left to return home to **********. A neighbor called me in June 2023 to tell me that panels of the roof on my shop were lifting up and some had come off. I contacted SW Roofing about the problem, and they sent someone out and those workers removed the remaining metal roofing on the shop and told me that the screws were too short and did not hold the roofing on. They said they fired someone over this issue and not to worry because the roof was under warranty and would be replaced. SW Roofing said they had ordered the material and as soon as it was in from the manufacturer in ******* that they would replace the roof on the shop. When I returned to my property in October the metal roofing they had removed from the shop was lying in my yard in disarray. The sheeting they had put on the shop was blowing off and dislodging the new gutters. I called SW Roofing many times until the owners, ******* and ****, finally came to my property on November 7, 2023 to review the damage. They observed the shop roof and the debris in the yard and said they would have someone come to remove the metal roofing and clean up the following week. This never happened. They asked if maybe I could help them out by submitting the issue through my insurance and I responded that I could not do that. I continued to call them without any resolution. On December 5, 2023 I drove to Yuma to go to their office to discuss this matter. I spoke to the owner **** who told me to call *******. I have called both and neither will answer my phone calls. This complaint against SW Roofing is regarding the non-completion of my Shop roof. I would like to see the roof installed and the job completed as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

We had our roof repaired and paid for a 2 year warranty on the work on February 3, ********************************************************************************************** July and still have no date scheduled for the repair work. I have asked them for a date and they keep telling me that they will get back to me. And now they dont even call me back.Business response
