I Paid off this account & had it removed later in a dispute. They continue to report my balance as increased by a $1 causing a 10+ point drop in my credit every time they report.Business response

I have signed a payment plan with this company so I can get my license back from suspension, it was over a month now, they've already collected the 1st month payment , but Everytime I call about my license I'm told it's waiting on a notary. The last two times I've called no one has answered. A notary doesn't take 5 weeks.Business response
