It is not a huge amount of money but in this case, the manager of Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotels is rude in responding to my explanation and is not being fair and should be held accountable for refunding my extra charge. He doesn't want to accept that his staff made a mistake. Please credit ******* to my credit card account. We would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Date of transaction *************** (2 rooms 2 nights) but 3 charges ******* (2 nights), ******* (2 nights), and ******* (extra 1 night, not supposed to occur) Please accept my letter and exhibits A-C for further details and backups.Business response
