I received multiple advertisements for this business on my Instagram, and finally decided to use them to sharpen my knives. They said they had a 24 hour turnaround and then I would have my knives in about a week or more. Took almost a month to get my knives back the customer service completely Refused to give me any sort of refund on the high amount I paid for their service. Are you an alternate service and everything about it was perfect. I wouldnt use this company for the life of me again.

I ordered ********************** during the holiday season and the package came with a gift card which I saved for later use. When I attempted to redeem the gift card, the company told me the card had expired after 1 year. The expiration date for the gift card was not mentioned in any document I have or printed on the card. The 1 year expiration on gift cards violates federal law consumer protections which state gift cards cannot expire before at least 5 years. The company did replace the card but only when I asked, and no apologies or assurances they would internally address their illegal practices were offered.

Absolutely terrible and dishonest company. I ordered their package to have my knives sent in for sharpening and when I received their envelope I was very unhappy with how I was expected to package up my knives for shipping. The sleeves are paper and do not protect the knife at all and the cardboard sleeve has no protection and all the knives barely fit so they are tweaking the blades of the knives even before dropping it off in the mail. I can only imagine what happens once they get into sorting centers and on trucks being tossed around. So I contacted the company to cancel my order, which they told me they would do no problem. Once the order was cancelled they informed me that there was a $15 cancellation fee to cover materials. I found this $15 fee to be outrageous. There is no way that the materials they sent cost that much, nor was there any mention of this fee during the checkout process, nor even before they cancelled the order. They waited to inform me of the fee until after it was already charged and the transaction complete. I could understand the company wanting to recoup the shipping fee and maybe a $5 cancellation fee would be justified, but a $15 fee on a $70 order is outrageous and just bad business. Please do not use this company.
