            Connected Investors had a seven-day trial. Try it for free for seven days. I was looking at my bank account today and saw a charge from them. I called and spoke with *****************************. I told ****** that Connected Investor had charged my account, and the seventh day is today (3/26/24). He said I started the trial on March 20th. I said I know this is the last day(3/27/24). The company isn't supposed to charge my account until tomorrow. I told him I wanted to cancel, but it was too hard to maneuver through their website to get results. He said the 7th was yesterday. I told him you know a day is 24 hours. He said no, that's not how they do it. I said a day is 24 hours; that is the definition of a day. He said no. He said he was not going to give me a refund. So, they took my money. I did not get any results for the money. They sign you up to steal your money.

            After review of the account we have refunded the charge that was applied on March 27th. The trial was started on March 20th which was a Wednesday and the account was charged on March 27 the following Wednesday. Per our terms of service the trial automatically renews on at the end of the trial and that if you wish to cancel it has to be done prior to day 7.
