Teamwork Remodeling Group (Contractor - *******************************) was hired by my now 91 year old mother, *********************, on 03/14/2023 to do an Interior Paint job. She is the homeowner, but I sign for her as I'm her daughter, live-in full-time caretaker, and Executor. She has Advanced *********** Disease and the tremors make it difficult for her to write. We hired them to multiple jobs: Kitchen Refinish, Bathroom Remodel, Plumbing Inspection and Remodel, Mold Test and Remediation, Insulation, and Roof Remodel. The jobs completed and were paid-in-full 10/19/2023. In order to have the roof covered, in the event of defective roofing materials, etc., we need to get the roof warranty registered. Also, there are insulation tax credits included in the Inflation Reduction Act that my mother is eligible for. The attached documentation will show that I have respectfully requested information that is needed in order to BOTH register the roof warranty on the ***** Corning website AND to file the correct tax form for the tax credit, from both *******************************, the Contractor and Teamwork Remodeling Group. They have been completely unresponsive. It appears because there is no more money coming in from us, that they are just turning their backs on us. We paid in-full and never bounced a single check. ******************** has refused to furnish the name and contact information of the roofer and insulation installer. We are just trying to get our roof registered and get the tax credits that my mother is both eligible for and deserves as she paid for the job and it's her home. I can see no reason that either ******************** or Teamwork Remodeling Group has to withhold that information from us. I also would like the manufacturer of the gray stain that **** used on the kitchen cupboards, the exact color, and where to purchase it, the warranty for all the work that Teamwork Remodeling Group did at our address, and the breakdown of the final $510.00, as I did request it and it was not provided.
