On Feb 20, 2023, I paid $229 46 for an Android tv box. The box was not as useful as advertised, I got an RMA number (*****) from the company on March 3d after multiple requests. I returned box on 7 Mar 23 via priority mail tracking number **** **** **** **** **** **. Item was received. I have made several inquiries regarding my refund, I including a PayPal complaint. At one point a representative said "I will process this ASAP", no refund yet. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I started doing business with CorkyTV in 2014. I have purchased 3 of their most expensive boxes for my family. At that time I couldn’t have been more impressed with their products or their 24/7 support if there was any kind of problem. ***** sold his business in 2019, and that’s when the problems began. Getting ahold of a technician, or any live person at all for that matter at that place is utterly an excersise in futility! ***** guaranteed his boxes for life, and kept his word while he was owner. Even when I fell asleep during a movie and rolled over on the remote in a sequence that removed all the programming, blatantly my fault, ***** had me send him the box and reprogrammed it free of charge. I was so impressed I bought 2 more of his most expensive models. This new owner makes it completely impossible to get ahold of ANYONE at the company. I have 2 boxes that need some programming or something, and I can’t get ahold of anyone to find out the steps to do so. My phone messages and emails are never answered, and I don’t even mind paying for the fix at this point, even tho that was not the deal I signed up for. But NOBODY there seems to care anymore once you get your box in the mail. ***** was an honorable straight shooting businessman. He said what he meant, and meant what he said! This new owner is such a flake I wouldn’t recommend him for anything but giving you a peptic ulcer and a lot of wasted time. This new guy gives a whole new meaning to “take the money and run”. I wish there were more ******* out there and alot less flakes. Then I wouldn’t be here holding $600+ of electronics parts that don’t do what they are advertised to do, with nobody at the company willing to honor the warranty, much less answer the damn phone or email…..
