We bought a Valentine's *** dinner cruise via Eventbrite on 2/11/23 from 7 PM 11 PM event. The cruise was owned by Luxe cruises and even was organized by instant Karma events, which I do not have much information except a ******** page.Dinner cruise included, dinner, alcohol, music. An hour after we had dinner and drinks, my husband, ***************************** developed an allergic reaction with Rash on extremities and face which was rapidly worsening. He then developed dizziness and we made him sleep on the floor to prevent fall.His symptoms rapidly worsened. Developed sweating, felt cold. He had difficulty breathing, he passed out for a few seconds.as soon as he developed Rash, dizziness, I've been asking for help and requesting benadryl for his allergy reaction.They did not have Benadryl in first aid kit. And one of the crewmembers had benadryl but management didnot let her give medication per their protocol. Myself, my husband, 2 of the friends on the boat were all working, board certified physicians. I told him that and requested medication benadryl which will prevent it from worsening. But he said no and stated that I should have carried myself.My husband's symptoms worsened so much that by the time EMT came, he passed out once, was having difficulty breathing, ** was very low in 60's.They had to give benadryl, albuterol,iv fluids to stabilize and taken to ER. He was given solumedrol, more Benadryl and IV fluids. Discharged on prednisone, Benadryl in a few hours once ** was improved First of all cruise was overbooked. More than 300 customers plus crew members. No first aid /emergency services or plan about what to do in emergency situations. Second, My husbands situation was definitely would have prevented from worsening by giving ******** instead he was rude to us rather than helping the people in need If it is was 15 mins more late, i do not think he would have survived Thanks to Paramedics and fire department.Initial Complaint

The event was on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 8:30 PM - Sunday, January 1, 2023 at 1:15 AM (PT) and located on ************************************************************************* provided by LUXE Cruises | Cabernet Sauvignon Yacht. I purchased three (3) tickets for a total of $1,118.82 (each ticket costed $372.94). The business, Luxe Cruises, did not provide what they advertised. The cruise did not follow the schedule provided/described and also started later and ended earlier. There was insufficient quantities of food and beverages on the cruise. Several attendees, including my party and I, had to travel to other deck levels to attempt to find food and beverages. Due to the food and beverage shortages, my party and I did not have dinner. It is concerning that there are various prices levels for tickets and I paid for the premium experience in full, yet the quality and experience on the cruise was homogenous. There was no distinction and distinguishable differences the tiers and level of experiences despite the varying ticket prices and the experienced provided on the boat by Luxe Cruises to attendees. *********** is committing fraud and falsely advertising services and experiences that they cannot render. The experience and services provided does not match their advertisement/description nor my experience. I am concerned that they are price gauging and targeting consumers for the sole purpose of business, profit, and personal gain without any concern and remorse as well as attention to costumer experience and service. I would like a full refund from Luxe Cruises and request a comprehensive and thorough investigation of this business and their business practices. Luxe Cruises has not done anything to resolve the issues experienced and state that they are non-culpable. Please see the attachments.Initial Complaint

I purchased two tickets for a cruise event occurring on Fev 12th; on the day of the event I had an emergency involving law enforcement that prevented me from attending the event. I reached out promptly prior to the start of the event to notify them of my situation and asked to be placed on the next event date which was Feb 14th. They said they will "try to accommodate but are fully sold out" the day of Feb 14th they said "they have not had any cancellations and will notify if they do" then I did not hear from them at all. An hour before the event I emailed saying "guess its a no, can I have a refund please" and they are refusing to refund me the hundreds I spent. They took my money for a service that was not provided due to a serious life emergency and failed to accommodate to a request to use the ticket another time. I kindly requested a refund a second time stating it's not fair to use my money for a service I was not given since the event would not have be cancelled regardless of me paying or not - they did not respond. They scammed me hundreds of dollars and refuse to cooperate.
