On 2/9/2023, I received a billing statement dated 1/18/2023 indicating I owe $304 for an appointment that occurred over 4 years ago (see Exhibit 1). Prior to this, I received a final billing statement on 5/18/2018 stating I owe $429 (see Exhibit 2). On 6/4/2018, I sent a letter to Grant Tsuji's office stating that their billing statement is missing my $284 payment, which my bank confirmed Grant Tsuji's office cashed on 5/10/2018 (see Exhibit 3-5); therefore, I owed $145 ($429 - $284), which Grant Tsuji's office cashed 6/13/2018. In the June 2018 letter, I also confirmed pay-off of my account. To date, no one responded to my letter nor did anyone return the numerous phone messages I left in 2018 to confirm closure. Now, I received a new bill for a different amount and, to date, Grant Tsuji's office still has not included the $284. I'm tired of dealing with their poor accounting practices and want to ensure they do not come back again with fake bills. Any assistance you can provide in resolving this is much appreciated.Business response
