I've been dealing with a lack of transparency and poor communication from Herb ****************************************** I've been trying to reach out to them for the past three months, making multiple calls every week, but unfortunately, I haven't received any call backs or been able to set up an appointment. It's really frustrating.What's even more concerning is that they went against my wishes and my late grandmother's wishes by selling one of the houses instead of exploring other viable options. It's a clear violation of my trust and shows a complete lack of respect for my family's wishes.And to make things worse, they neglected to pay the *** taxes on another house while it was under their management back in 2018. I've been trying to address this issue with them, but they haven't responded or taken any action to fix it. On top of that, there's a lien on the remaining house from Aqua Finance, which happened during their time managing it.It's already February ****, and I still haven't heard anything back from Herb ****************************************** This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for my concerns is just not acceptable. They have completely failed to fulfill their responsibilities as my fiduciary.
