On August 27 2022 I contacted Johns mattresses about purchasing a new cal king puffy lux mattress that he had listed online for 700. I also wanted a cal king *** spring. He said he could sell me both for 780 with delivery. On August 29 ****************** the mattress with no *** and a base. The following day the 30th of aug after going go try to put it into the bed frame we had already had we realized after unrolling the mattress that it was the wrong size. So i measured it and took pictures of it the following day and sent them to the mobile number that johns mattresses had provided me at 4:21pm. At 4:31 pm i recieved a response back stating that his guys sent a base on accident and he would send the correct thing if i sent him an address. He tells me that i am wrong and that it is a cal king. On aug 31 I measure and resend pictures of the size which clearly show it is not a king. While taking pictures i also notice it is the wrong model also. Not the lux version like we paid for. I contact him again and tell him that i need the correct mattress and *** spring multiple times over the next few days with no response back. Finally i hear back. From him he apologizes says he has been out of town and that his guys are not available to bring me the correct thing until the following friday at 4 pm. I waited until 8 pm and no one showed up at my home. The following afternoon i get a text back from him saying it was out of his exchange period. I text him back multiple time pleading with him that i really need the correct mattress model and size and a *** spring like i paid for and asked him for an address to bring it to. The entire time he has been telling me thus is a cal king and i dont know how to measure even tho im a contractor for a living. I tell him i want the correct thing what i paid for or a refund. He does not respond back. Over the course of the last 3 weeks i have made 36 calls with no response back and no answer. I just want my money back.
