I have been inconvenienced for a subscription that was cancelled over and over yet they auto paid via my card monthly. I tried to get this reversed and cancelled over and over yet they still charged my card. This cost me hours and days of wasted time and and money and back and forth with my bank and PE Media, and the subsription was not utilized. I am asking for all of my money returned. My experience was very poor, customer service is not respectful of my time, energy or money, and they never answer the phone. Then they have the audacity to say essentially well we refunded you some money and owe you nothing. I am expected to absorb all of the time and problems they cause and poor and unethical treatment. I had to ask over and over for the ledger of charges and I have been repeatingly cancelled this and it kept charging my card. Do not recommend unless they get this straigtened out.Business response
