On 2/10/24 i purchased a 2018 ****** that they said came with a warranty and told me one owner no issues car was maintained. Within 24 hours car broke down and had to be towed. The car has been in the shop 2 plus months since we bought it. I have now been told the time period between smog and sale as well as how it passed smog are fishy and this has been submitted to the *** for further investigation. Asked Diamond to take the car back In February and was told not an option as the paperwork had been sent to DMV. Also fishy that this car only had ****************** 3 months since smog. Dealership laughed when I told them the car now needs a new motor, turbo, catalytic converter and spark plugs which they said had been replaced in November 23. Something isnt right. When I finally called and asked to speak with the owner he laughed and basically said it was used and Im out of luck. We havent even driven this car 2000 miles and both repair shops have said something isnt right and to get an attorney which we have and turned the paperwork over to be looked into. Also told to contact Attorney general etc. in the meantime this is bad business. I feel totally mislead. The car actually had more than one owner and the service records were not all Up to date as told to us at time of sale. Again super misleading.Initial Complaint

A problem that was noticed same day it was driven home with a used vehicle which was brought to the attention of one of the owners which was later found to be a safety related. The issue was never corrected when it was "repaired" within the warranty period. The vehicle is has been parked due to safety concerns and has had its catalytic converter stolen recently.
