Logos Property Management managed the apartment that I rented in the ************** Apartment Complex in *******, **. The company violated Section 10.1.10 of ********************* Regulations Appendix A which prohibits the equal division of utility bills between units. In response, Logos sent a letter to residents that noted the amount of the credit they were required to refund. The letter stated that the amount ($2,641.80) would be paid in 60 monthly installments of $44.03. The letter also stated, "If at any time you vacate the unit prior to completion the reimbursement will be added to your deposit return." The payments started in Nov 2020 and I received 15 payments for Nov 2020 - Jan 2022 in the form of credit towards my rent payment for a total of $660.45. We ended our lease on January 31, 2022, after providing sufficient notice. The full security deposit and $4.26 of the above-referenced credit was returned in mid-February, but the additional credit was not included. Multiple phone calls and emails have confirmed that the credit is owed and I have been given multiple dates for when the payment will be mailed, but not have turned out to be true. It has been six weeks since we moved out and four weeks since we received the deposit refund that was supposed to include the remaining credit amount. Logos Property Management owes me $1,977.09 and has been deceptive and untruthful about when I can expect payment. At this point emails are not being responded to and calls are going unanswered.
