I have used this company for medical transportation for surgery twice: January 2022 and May of 2022. On both occasions I signed a contract for a specific amount for the services and paid in full by credit card. I received a paid in full receipt from the company. Two weeks later I received a new **** for almost double the original amount and they were demanding this new payment within ******************************************************************************* full receipt. This is a very dangerous practice and takes unfair advantage of seniors who may be having their bills and payments managed by a caregiver who might not realize this new **** is incorrect. The documents I am uploading are from the most recent May contract. I feel that this company may need legal advice as to how to stop what appears to be a fraudulent practice.Business response

Thank you for your email. We explained to ***************** by phone call and letter that the invoice was sent simply by accident. We have not charged her anything more than the agreed upon amount that she originally signed up for. Please review the letter we sent her attached. Let me know if you have any further questions.
