I went to this facility for a same day antigen test on January 10th. According to their website, the charge for this was $75. I went and got the test. I did not meet with a doctor, was not asked any questions regarding my health, I just had my test done and got my results. I paid the $75 up front. On Jan 14th, I received a message in my Carbon app that I was being billed $215 for an office/outpatient visit. This was not brought up at all when I called and made the appointment, when I paid for the test, nor was it clearly called out on their website that I would be charged $215 just for walking into the facility. I messaged the facility on January 14th stating this, and stated that I would not have booked had I known that I would be paying $290 total for this test, not the $75 I was lead to believe. I got a response telling me that I needed to direct my billing concerns to the billing team directly via email or call. I called 2 or 3 times, and was put on hold for upwards of 20 minutes, and no one ever picked up. I sent an email to billing on 1/17 explaining the above and stating that I would like to dispute the $215 charge. I received no response. On January 21st, Carbon Health charged my credit card on file for the $215 I was trying to dispute. I sent a follow-up email on Jan 22nd and still have not received a response. In that email, I stated that if I didn't hear back in ********************************************* getting this resolved. I informed the office on the carbon app as well, and received no response there either.
