I sell my Hermes birkin togo bag to them on 07/27/2022. the amount is ****** they pay me by check. on 07/29/2022 when i try to cash that check they refuse to pay. When I tried to contact them, they told me there was something wrong with bag so they refuse to pay and Then there was no more news . now i only have the check and purchase receipts . please help .I had to sell the bag because I was in a hurry to use the money. in fact that my bag is worth around *********** knows I'm have to sell so they crazy down at a low price. Now I was told that there was a problem on the third day after the transaction ended. please help me i really need that money .please help ** cash out the check.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/30) */ Contact Name and Title: ***** ********** Manager Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: ********************** Customer came in on 7/27 to sell his ****** ******** We offered ***** for the bag, assuming it was real and he agreed to the purchase price. At 3:26pm on 7/27 we submitted pictures of his bag to a 3rd party authentication service *******, however, due to the time of day, their east coast office had already closed and wouldn't be verified until the following morning. We offered to give him a check for $4500 to hold so he wouldn't have to come back, however, we told him to wait to deposit the check until we called him the following day to confirm the bag was real, which he agreed to. We got a response from the 3rd party authentication service stating the bag is unknown, which is equivalent to not being real. We called the customer directly after seeing that, and were able to speak to him. We told him the bag was not real, and that we could not purchase the bag from him and to come pick up his bag anytime during normal business hours, which he acknowledged. Customer still attempted to cash the check, as we received a call from a check cashing company roughly 1-2 hours later wanting to authorize the cashing of the check to the customer. We informed the check cashing company that the check had been cancelled and not to cash it out. We attempted to call the customer twice after receiving the call from the check cashing store and received no answer back. We have not heard from the customer since then. We still have the customers bag. He may come pick it up, or we will ship it to his ********** ** address free of charge. All of the ******* submissions are documented with time stamps, which we have attached, as well as our initial purchase order.
