SHORT VERSION: Ran over something on the fwy. Blew my tire, dented my rim and made a hole in my gas tank. Called my insurance took it to the car dealer and waited for the call that my car would be ready. I received a call from the dealer saying my car was ready. Picked up my car in the dark went home. The next day I noticed a bunch of discrepancies. The back seat was not clamped on correctly, there was a puncture whole in my leater seats, the spare tire was not stowed away in its proper place, my new tire did not have a valve stem cover and the plastic cover that goes over the gas tank was missing a s**** and appeared to have not been replaced. I took it back to the car dealer and explained every discrepancy and they stated they would investigate. Got a call from the car dealer a few days later saying be car was ready. Upon picking up my car I notice that the puncture who in my seat was not fixed. When I asked about this they said the mechanic never went into the back seat so they were not liable. (not true) in order to replace the gas tank you have to disconnect the fuel pumps under the back seat. Then I opened the trunk and noticed my spare tire not stowed away properly again. Then I noticed my new tire still did not have a valve stem cover on it. (at this point they're giving me the perception that they are being spiteful). Then I looked under the car and noticed the gas tank cover had not been replaced and still had a big hole on the cover. They advisor stated that the previous advisor said that AAA insurance did not want to cover the replacement. not true, called AAA and they said they never received a call from them. Went home and to work in my car and on the second day on my way back to the car from work I noticed scratches on both sides of my car that i believe were caused by the workers at the car dealership. on my way home a gas line on the car somehow got unsecured and i lost 3/4 of a tank. took the car to another auto shop. AAA does not want to pay
