I began working with American Support Network regarding assistance with my student loans in 2018 and 2019. I was charged approximately ****** for the service to file all paperwork with the government. The folks at American Support Network were awesome to work with. On February 3, 2020, I was recertified for the upcoming year and signed a contract. This time, I agreed to pay $29.99 monthly with a savings of approximately $130.00 annually for the upcoming years of service. I have attempted to contact them by phone and e-mail of which none are in service. At this time, I will contact **** and stop the monthly installment.Initial Complaint

I contacted american support network and agent was Gianni he ***** through the steps and explain to me regarding my loan and that these company can make my loan be forgiven . I made payment $150 to these company monthly and made it sound like everything was legit and second day they didnt respond or i call the number and was no amswer . I gaved them evrey information of mine . I look at my loan and payment was never resolved or balance lower etc I still owe these loan till these day I cant believe how company fraid people and get our hope up thinking our debts will get resolved . please better buisness help us from these happeningInitial Complaint

I was contacted by American Support Network portraying themselves as an institution that can assist me eliminate my student loans by having them enrolled in the Student Loan Forgiveness program. The first initial contact was made in February 20, 2019 & was told my one of representatives that if I gave them $289 they would assist me with getting my loans forgiven & nothing got resolved. In March 3. 2020 I received another phone call from the company saying that if I gave them $199 they would work on continuing their service to get my student loans forgiven & take all the necessary steps to get it done. As of today, 11/16/2021 I received correspondence from the **** ********** of ********* saying that an Income Driven Repayment plan can lower my monthly payment. I attempted to contact American Support Network & the line was disconnected. I am asking if I can get my money back in the total amount of $488.00 because I was a victim of a scam. All the above mentioned transactions were done through my debit card.
