SCAMMERS! They have multiple store names that all have this address (***** ******************************************************************* 92653)These are the store names or "fronts" that I discovered that all come back to this address. Aqua Home Design, Skyline Home Design, and ***************. One of the "owners" ********************* is also using ******** market place to scam. Placed an order online to their Aqua Home Design site. They had great prices, almost seemed to good to be true.... Decided I'd go for it anyways. Placed the order and got a text from **** asking me to confirm order via phone call. Talked on the phone and scheduled a pick up for next Tuesday ****. Sounds great right!? Tuesday rolls around and I head over to their address, 40 mins away from me. I arrive and go up to the front door. Locked. There is a sign to call a 949 number. The number is disconnected. It was at this point I look up at the sign on "their" location. It says ***************. So I'm just sitting outside this locked store that I had an appointment to be at. I call and text ****, who was very responsive before. All of sudden he is very slow to respond. I tell him I am here at pick up location for my order. He responds with just "hello" 10 mins later. I respond saying again, "I am here to pick up my order, but the doors are locked". No response for 40 mins. Keep in mind this whole time I'm just sitting in a shopping center waiting, with my pregnant wife who I asked to come along for carpool on the freeway. He finally response with, " I was checking your order so confusing""I confirmed but the my office couldn't capture the payment" "And they didn't keep my schedule for you ""Let me find out""And please check your bank and see if you still see the charge for it let me know" I'm rather annoyed by now but I check my bank statement. I can't see a charge either. Weird because I got an email receipt and this *************** called me days before and scheduled me to come pick up the order. I tell him that I can't see a charge on my statement. I ask if I should try and repurchase. He never responded again.So in total I drove 40 mins, sat in a shopping center for over an hour waiting for nothing, and had to drive back empty handed another 40 mins. If there was a problem with payment then why didn't you tell me before ****? You don't say anything and completely wasted my time.While sitting in the parking lot I start researching them online. That's where I learned that they have at least 3 different names that they operate under. Huge red flag. No legitimate business needs to do that. I know they're all run by the same people because they all have the same address and the **** guys name keeps popping up. As we're leaving I notice another couple going up to the door. We stop and ask them if they're here to pick up or buy furniture. They tell us that they talked to ********************* on ******** market place. He scheduled them to come and buy a Christmas tree. They haven't payed yet though like I thought I had. I tell them that we've been sitting out here for an hour waiting for the ***************. **** never comes or responds to either of us. We all ended up leaving with nothing. Overall this is either a straight scam of some sorts or just a Mickey ***** operation. Either way I would recommend that you don't waste your time with these clowns. If they knew what they're were doing then they wouldn't have to keep creating different business names. I'm a little nervous because I inputted my credit card on their scam website, I will now have to watch my statement closely. Do not waste your time or money with these scammers.Also their store front is just some kind of furniture storage place. It was a mess, furniture everywhere, drills left on the ground. Obviously some sort of shell business. Wish I had taken a picture of the inside through the window.
