            On July 28, 2021, I placed an order by choosing a package that was offered on the Octiive website. This package is something I have purchased more than once in the past. Instead of charging me for the package I requested on the website, which was about $20, Octiive took $190 out of my credit card for a totally different package. A package I would NEVER have purchased. Not only was I unable to speak to anyone but they finally responded to my email to them about 1 week after the unauthorized debit from my credit card. They told me the package I ordered was no longer available. I asked them why they would have it availble on their website (falsely advertised) and if it was no longer available, why would they not inform me instead of taking it upon themselves to burden me with a package I did not want and take $190 from me without any consent. Their responses were extremely vague. I saved their contradicting/rude emails. They lied to me & told me to take it up with my cc company myself.

            One of the best experiences I had. I dropped a single to test it and now keep rolling wit them. They fast to respond and get you as a musician. Any concerns I had were either dealt with or straight up told me not possible and the reason why. Down to Earth G's and the best in my book.
