I called in today to check in on our account with some questions. I encountered a gentleman who told me that he didnt know what I was talking about and couldnt help me. I then I asked if I could speak to someone else who can help? He put me on hold and then told me everyone was busy. And that was that. I called back because I just couldnt believe what happened; and, I got thee BEST rep ever *******! Every time that *** called and get her, shes able to help and is so personable and friendly. Tonight she listened attentively, asked questions to understand, and helped get my issue solved! She is soooo nice and I will be SURE to ask for her EVERY TIME I call! I started with Timeshare Compliance in November. Paid my fees and was told it could take from 1-2 years to clear this up. However, Vacation Villages is well known to stall on releasing their owners but TC ensured me that it won't be a problem to get released. I was concerned about my credit rating by not paying my annual maintenance fees. i was told it won't be a problem!?! I rcvd a call from a collections agency yesterday and reported it to TC today. ***** was very professional and explained again how it works with the company. That's fine, I appreicated his update, however there is still no update on my case. "In the works!" I'll continue to wait and hope and pray my credit is not completely ruined by the end of this nightmare. BTW, I had several timeshares that I was able to return to the properties with a quicksale. You have to be bankrupt (and prove it with last 2 yrs tax returns) or dying (and have your medical records sent to the resort) to get out of the timeshare. Shameful. Hoping this nightmare will end soon!Timeshare Compliance Response

After reading several reviews TS Compliance seems to be a scam!!! We have tried two times to get a mortage to down size from our home and cannot get one because we have a foreclosure on our credit report. Both times (a year apart) I was told that the foreclosure would be taken off our credit report, no luck. We have spent about $15,000 with no results. Besides being pressured by Capital Resorts to buy then try to get help legally and we are in worse shape than we have ever been it. We spent out of our retirement fund to get help now between both companies we are out almost $20,000.We are an elderly couple that has been scamed twice! Once by Capital and Once by TS Compliance. *******,We always take these reviews very seriously and to call us a scam when we have been in this business for many years helping thousands of people successfully get out of their timeshare is alarming and upsetting. we see in your records that you have been talking to ***** and the team has been working on your case. It can take a long time to get released from a very complicated timeshare contract. I will have the team reach out to you again as we have been but please understand that it takes time and you have already had progress by us creating a paper trail on your case and putting the action in motion. Otherwise, you would be paying fees to the developer forever and not having any resolution. We know what we are doing and we will continue on your case till it is done.Review from ROBERTO / CHERYL B

all GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT. I have been waiting for 5 long years. I was getting ready to throw in the towel with Time Compliance AND MXM !!! 5 LONG years.. BUT.. Then comes a long over due call from Mr.*******************-- ** was very professional, and polite to give me the update of my case. he informed me of the time process that was in 5 stages.. They are at the 5th stage and should be getting a settlement response from our developer very soon now-- he answered what ever question i had and definitely gave me a sense of relief that this was soon coming to an end and with hopes for positive results. I had big doubts and lots of fears! Especially when I had went through another company and lost to much money and they did nothing. Feeling very hopeless and discouraged after a little time I decided to try again. I am so happy I did! Timeshare Compliance has helped me out of 2 of the 3 timeshares so far and I can not wait until the 3rd one is gone!! They have been very helpful and always letting me know what to do next. Make sure you do everything they ask you to do which isn't hard. Just tell your story send in what they ask you to do step by step. Is it scary at times yes is it discouraging at times heck yes.
