            I went in to have them look at my tire that had no tire pressure and asked if they could find the hole and see if it could be patched. The sales person literally looked at my car for a minute or so in the parking lot only. He came back and said I had a metal puncture on the side of the tire that couldn't be fixed. That I needed all new tires because mine where past recommended use. I told him they were in good shape and he still insisted. I came back to ask to see where the puncture was and he had a hard time and couldn't find it. (Granted I moved my car) but never offered to do a test with water or anything. I felt uneasy at this point as a women coming in alone for tires so I went and got a second opinion at a different tire shop next day. They were able to fix the hole on the tread and stated no side puncture. Honestly I'm not sure what happened but the whole situation felt suspicious. I will not be going back and giving them my business in the future.
