      I have ordered a pair of glasses on August 9, 2023. I had ordered the Meta EVO one (see below) ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Total cost was $900. They shipped it and I received it the follow Monday August 14, 2023. I had originally called DITA wanted to refuse the package because it would be delivered Monday at a time when I will NOT be home. Now knowing I was able to contact ***** last min and asked them to hold it for me! When I ordered my package, It was 2 day shipping. Again, I ordered on the 9th assuming it will be here August 11 or 12, but they do not work weekends. Did not know that. When ***** received my package, they sent me a message and I went to pick it up! As soon as I picked it up within minutes, I called DITA requesting a return and told the representative that is was NOT what I had ordered. The representative told me he would be happy to issue me a return label and he is sorry. He offered me $100 for them to ship me the correct item with over night shipping for free. (Sounded kind of sketchy) I said no thanks not now, let me send my item back and get my money back then I will let you know. The representative did not ask for me to send pictures of the item I received, did not ask me what I received or what shape, style, frame etc. He just said send it back! I return my item and they receive it august 21. I would have assumed they would contact me to say they received my item and they would send me my replacement or money back or something, but nobody called. I called on august 22, 2023 and spoke to someone. I explained the whole situation again, he said he has to contact the return department before he can process the refund, and he will call me back! I said okay, He calls me about 3-4 hours later saying they have a picture of what was sent to me and it was the right item. He also said there was a security tag taken off. There was no security tag on the item I received. I got it and returned it back within 5 min of pickup time! (see below) this picture was planned. This picture had no ********* of when it was packaged or put in the box. I believe it was a cover up for them because they did not want to be at fault. This picture should have been sent on the day that I called in and made the claim that it was the wrong item that was sent. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said they were in a meeting, and they will call me back! As of today, no supervisor has called me. Dita stopped answering my emails and my calls. They advised me to contact my bank and get a dispute. I have read reviews yesterday after my case and it has happened to others before! DITA does not take responsibility of their mistakes! Below is the item that I received DITA LXN EVO! Completing different and its priced more than what I purchased it for!!! ($1000) This seller is not a trustworthy seller. They scam people and have done this to other people where they send the wrong item and blame it on the customer! As of today, they send random emails of credit for me to use. I refuse it, All I ask for is my money back! When the manager called me he said withdraw the dispute send the item back we will refund you. After I withdrew the dispute they got my item. They said no we wont refund it. They stopped answering my calls and e-mails. They dont return my messages or emails. They took my money and my incorrect frame
