Last year I had Solar Panels installed on our home here in *****.**. Solgen was the company we had do the installation. They are the worst experience of customer service I have ever had! In addition at the time of the contract signing they had me do a loan through the company called Good Leap that they do all their contracts with. We were advised both by Solgen and Good Leap that we would be getting a rebate for $10,000.00 which we could put on the loan when we filled our 2023 taxes.Until that time our payment would be $161.13 a month and as long as we paid the $10,000 the payment after we did our taxes the payment would remain the same. SolGen installed the panels and after a lot of hassle the panels have been up and running. No help from Solgen. We have found out this month that the payment on the loan has only been interest only for almost a year. We also found out this month that its not a rebate its a Federal Tax credit. Both these companies are in business together and they are lieing to prospects about the details and its a bait and switch~! No customer support and Lies and the payments to the loans as well as no Rebate! A tax credit. People need to be warned!Initial Complaint

Approximately 2 years ago my ************** signed up for solar with Solgen Solar. It took a few months to notice there was no difference in the bill & so we contacted Solgen solar ^ after many weeks they claimed they had it fixed and it worked for a while then stopped again for quite a few months. They came out & replaced quite a few parts and it was back up & running. We have been paying close attention to the ********* is not even covering the interest on the payment. Mind you we have extremely good sun *************** of roof area for panels. We were told our house was an ideal candidate for solar. We asked for some credits because of their blunder on the ************** gave us like $80 which was not even close to how much we lost. After hours spent arguing our point they gave us $600 which was better. But after all said & done we are not happy at all with the results of the performance. After this we plan to consult an attorney.Initial Complaint

12/17/2003 ***************** contracts solgen llc to install solar panels numerous panel were damaged by company our concern went and still has been unresolved.
