**** was ordered through Dynacraft direct on Amazon.We were looking for a bike we could use for photo ops with a celebrity persona, then give the bike to a participant or pediatric patient we sponsored during the Memorial Day Weekend Event, 2024.What we received was a severely-used bike, missing SO many parts to make it complete or at least rideable. The frame was scratched all over including the handlebars. All the stickers were ripped in such bad condition, we had to remove most.Since our event was less than a week, we had to use it as there was no time to ship back in order to get one by the 3day weekend-long event. We were REALLY in a messy situation time-wise.Same day delivered, I contacted seller immediately through Amazon. Bike seat was shoved into the front rim spokes damaging the seat and the box it was shipped in was damaged as well.I took it to a local bike doctor to get it to where it was ride-worthy replacing some items missing - like bike post clamp, brake lines (yes, they were severed and unusable.) and so we could display for our event in time.Ive been riding since childhood- so kets just say, 45+ years- I KNOW JUNK WHEN I SEE IT AND THIS WAS SCRAP THAT SOMEONE POSSIBLY RETURNED AND DYNACRAFT JUST PACKAGED UP shipping out of their store on AMAZON.
