This company should provide a refund to the clients that they have told that they could make their dreams of working with a executive producer come true then months goes by without hearing a response from them and they stop responding back to calls or emails.

In a few months, I have found one of the top literary agencies to market my books and a film producer interested in purchasing the rights to three of them. They've done well for me.

Stole $2500, did nothing. Stay away from them, they make promises that are not true!

I would give no star, too. With the type of business involved, author needs to make careful evaluation in the suppliers' abilities of fulfillments from different aspects. I was using my artistic brain and was too willing to give a star-up company a chance, and it turns out, a careful assessment is absolute necessary. You don't want to put your time, money, reputation and your precious asset, that is your copyright, in danger.

No stars! The system required at least one. This company failed to implement any contracted services in over 6 months of receiving almost $3000. On January 5, 2021, in good faith, I agreed to allow Pearson Media to promote my book utilizing their ****************** Program;" however, they took my money but I was not contacted by any of the "We guarantee to deploy professional manpower" staff. I contacted them on February 3, 2021, sharing my expectations to have been contacted during the 30 days that had passed and was told I would be hearing from them soon. One hundred and ninety-one days (191) later, on July 14, 2021, I still had not received any communications from them concerning my contracted project. I sent a certified letter requesting my refund, as contract stated Pearson Media would, if they failed to implement services via the "Breaching" of "Contract." As of 9/24/2021, this company has not honored their contract's ********************* clause. And to add fuel to the fire, I received an email from another one of their consultants on June 14, 2021, entitled: "Book Proposal" for my already contracted book, saying the company was very interested in my book, and they wanted to talk to me about "great opportunities in terms of publicity and branding." I will write another review if they refund my money, but presently, there is no way I would recommend this company to my worse enemy.

As a professor at the college level, Pearson Media Group is doing a superior job! They take the time to help their authors, and I highly recommend them. They are very caring and willing to help people in general with the services they provide. They are also willing to work with you, and they are also flexible. Please ignore any negative comments from past reviews as it is not true. It is a great company to be a part of, and I ask that you choose to work with Pearson Media Group. Start carrying out projects with them and realize your potential and get excellent results! Prof. **

So far, things not looking good and may have made the biggest mistake since sending them a computer file of my book to them to format, help get me a ******************* number, and publishing a few paperbacks along with a efile for and ebook that I can download to D2D and Amazon.com in KDP.Barely, any contact after sending all I had to them, only to find out after sending them everything that it was going to take up to 4 entire months for my book to be formatted and possibly ready for marketing by mid October. Why on earth would it take that long? No other publisher has taken that long, especially when I had all ready save for formatting and a ******************* number that was needed to be added. I had book cover, copyright, *****, etc ready.A tad concerned about this entire process once they got their money from me.
