            our family per died of cancer in the back seat of our car.since VCA was the only place open we head there. upon arrival nobody would come out and help us. once we were able to get help, they brought out a rolling table and place our dead dog on it and before we all could say goodbye they wanted to make money. the greeter put so much pleasure on me to make a decision.i was so upset of my dog dying i told VCA to give me some time to think.to this day i have no idea what there charging me for and why tried to call and no response.
