    I am a customer of ***** Home ********************. A service technician was sent out from EPLA Home Services, as they are contracted by ***** Home Services to provide service to their clients in my area. This was a second call out, as the first technician sent out by *****, failed to repair my dryer. The technician from EPLA showed up at my house and never identified where he was from. He looked at my dryer....and I mean that is all he did. He looked at it. He said it was the mother board and he was going to have to order the part. I asked him if he was even going to try to get it to work. He told me he wasn't because it would just go out again. He stated it would take 5 working days to get the part. We all know that it actually means 7 days, with the weekend....and maybe even 8 days with the Holiday. He seemed to be agitated that I was bothered by the fact that another technician was sent out and unable to repair my dryer....He left my home in a rant and using a few curse words. I tried to ask him to wait until I called the company to get this resolved. He refused and stormed out. I don't know what has happened to customer service lately. However, I'm starting to thing that paying for service no longer guaranties good service. So my issues were: 1. A second technician was sent out who knew nothing about my issue, 2. He came without parts even though a prior diagnosis had already been established, 3. He was rude about it and left my home with my issue unresolved. I would be very cautious of their two 5 star ratings. Now they have a 1 Star rating. Use at your own risk.

    Unfortunately unhappy customer trying to make fake story where customer is so bright and clean like ****** For a first customer was unhappy, becouse some other technican was in adress from totaly diffrent company ! How i know that work order was transfered to our company from diffrent previous company! We schudled appointment and come visit customer ! As soon as we come, customer asked to Tech are you bring a part ! Tech responded no becouse we not know what is wrong for customers dryer ! Also a process works like we need to ask authorization! And parts is always ordered by customer home warranty! After that customer get mad and start scream and tech was treated like personal carpet! Tech was trying to speak with Customer and explained him! But customer newer listened and started shouting bad words! Tech also was scared walking in house were he see 2 grown males wearing only underware and getting agressive! As a result Tech refused service for Customer ! All i can suggest to customer is that when you need know a process and dont blame tech who walks in your house becouse you made appointment! And also appointment was schudled and confirmed by Customer! Our Tech safety is in first place ! And is not acceptable if customer have disgusting attitude and have no manner and treat Tech like Personal Carpet! And if you dear Customer not respect others then others not respect you also !
