Regarding ***************** I believe this was a miscommunication as the language was hard to understand I would assume on both ends. It does not look like we ended up purchasing her car but would need the full vin to double check.
Please let me know what steps would be next.

In December of 2022 I sold a car to The Car Trackers. (bill of sale attached).Since then I have been receiving notices of toll violations, with fines and penalties, committed by whoever is driving the car now.(sample attached). The Car Trackers should have done a proper title transfer to the new owner but clearly they did not. Although I have filed a Release of Liability with the **** (see attached) the letters keep coming...because the Car Trackers either did something wrong through negligence, or perhaps they didn't want to pay the title transfer taxes and fees. (see attached document about the way they wanted me to handle the title).Either way, their poor behavior is impacting my life and I want them to fix this. They need to do a proper transfer so that the car is no longer in my name.I've spoken to them and they insist they did everything right. They are not telling the truth in my opinion.

I sent a message to the customer back in November asking them to please provide me a copy of the actual toll charges so that I could look into them and I do not show that anything was received. We also sold this unit on 2/22/2023 at the auction and turned in all of the proper paperwork for the title transfer. I do see that it was sold at auction to a dealer in ********** and most likely they have since retailed the car and maybe did not transfer it correctly. By the customer filling out the affidavit for the toll roads they should have waived all fees.
      Please advise next steps.

There were no toll charges because each time a notice came I contacted the issuing organization and provided them with the *** Release of Liability. The dollar figure is not the point. The point is that for months after selling the car, it remained in my name because I believe Car Trackers did an incorrect or improper or nonexistent title transfer.

I sold a 2020 Dodge Challenger to this company for $28,500.The contract we agreed to was set for the payoff amount of $31,227.70 Since I had negative equity I had to pay $2,727.With the companies $28,500 And my $2,727 that would equal to the payoff amount. I contacted the bank and the bank said, that car trackers actually paid $30,844 and not the actual payoff amount stated on the contract. The bank said since I made a final monthly payment of $416 after the contract has been signed, car trackers subtracted that amount from what they had to pay for the payoff amount. Instead of giving me back a refund due to the difference. They are keeping my money when it should be refunded, what the bank is saying and what Im seeing. Can I please get help, I dont want these people stealing my money.

      Hello,

After looking over the information provided we will be issuing a refund to our client for the overpayment he made. We will have to wait until his payment clears and we receive the title for the vehicle that we purchased. Once title is received we will issue the refund. I also do not show that the client tried contacting us regarding this issue that we could have resolved for him. Should you have any further questions or concerns please reach out.

      Thank you

The CarTrackers advertise they provide a referral program in which I was entitled to $100. They asked for my Zelle information then text me that they would send me an Amazon card which is ok. Weeks later no form of payment has been sent to me. They keep saying to email multiple company emails which I have done. No answer whatsoever on what the status is or if they ever plan on actually honering what they told me they would do. I have to conversation on text to prove they said they would and weeks later nothing has been paid. I've tried contacting them multiple times on phone and via email to no avail. They are misleading the public.
