      I got off work I called **** Auto to make sure that they would be able to take me in for an oil change. They answered the phone I asked if they will be open and not going on lunch so I can bring my car in they said yes they still have time theyre not going on lunch bring my car in. I said perfect Ill be there in 15 minutes. when I get there I go to hand them my keys and right away I was told no were going on lunch at this time it was 11:20 AM I know for a fact they dont go on lunch until 12 PM. I explain to the guy I just called you guys and let you know I was on my way from work and that I dont live in the city I live in ******************* but I need an oil change and I didnt want to waste gas going out of my way to them if they couldnt do my oil change. he said not a problem I understand come in this is what I told the employee he then proceeded to wave his hand in my face and said no come back in 30 to ************************************************************************************************************************* no. I get in my car and started to drive away and I called them I asked him are you going on lunch he said no maybe in ***** minutes I said OK I was told to come in and you guys would do my oil change I had called before I got here I explain the whole story to him over the phone. Then he told me why I dont know what youre talking about and I dont want to talk to you I need to go so Im gonna hang up the phone and I said so that how you gonna treat your customer Ive been going to you guys since I was 16 I am now ********************************** away and not do the service you told me to come in for he hung up the phone. I would like for them to apologize for their behavior and to do my oil change free of charge as an apology for dismissing and being rude to a loyal customer whos been going to them over 20 years
