              March 14, 2022 at 2:18 p.m. i have a purchase for Auto used part, after signed my credit i get a receive i notice why there is an extra charged on my ****, its was a Guarantee included $2.88 + tax, i asking them i don't wanted guarantee on this part. the cashier personnel told me sorry this is automatic charged from their system, they can't do nothing to credit me back for Today, they said i have to come back tomorrow to get my refund this is how the system had been set up, woow really i feels like all the customers bought parts from here been Fraud or Scams, for a couple of dollars you have to drive back at the location plus time to get your refund ohh yeah right, they;re are playing cat and mouse using a comment sense harrasement refused to refund it, made you come back another trip to get your money. this is the first time happened to me ever made a purchased in my intired life. Imagine 500 customers a day how much they will get extra money as a INCOME. this business should be fine. I try to calls the place to complaint with they manager but they phone seem only automate.

              ********** location scamming costumers.They ask 50 % more than Website prices shows. When I ask for Supervisor to address this issue, he newer shows up. I have not seen this type of scam in other locations.
