I placed an order on August 15th and its just sitting idle not being made or shipped Ive reached out to them with little to no assistance, just telling me its on its way but its not. I want a refund funny how their reviews on their site are completely opposite from here!!!Initial Complaint

Ordered a customized product on 8/23/2024 at 9:56am EST. The site claims to allow edits and cancelation within two hours of the order being placed. I contacted them within a half hour for help to edit order. Received an automated response at 10:34am. The email contained instructions on how to edit the order but the edit button online was not functional. Contacted the company a second time at 10:44am with a screenshot and asked for assistance again. Automated response. I canceled the order on their site at least TEN DIFFERENT TIMES with an onscreen message saying order successfully canceled. I sent them an email at 10:56am to cancel order. At 1:20pm I received an email saying order was processed. Contacted them again and received no resolution. They are clearly a scam site making it impossible to adjust or cancel the order even though they claim to give two hours.Initial Complaint

Do NOT use this company!They took my payment, and never sent the item. I found them on ******** and replied to their ad with the *** to the BBB complaint page for the company, and they blocked all my posts. No reply to my messages to them, and no phone number to call.They've changed the company name many times.Macorn, Motosv, Clubmoto, CluP moto, Nenas Bellas de Fac3book. SCAM!!!Initial Complaint

Ordered 2 personalized glasses. 6/24. Order not tracking. Immediately after placing the order I realized an error in the personalization. Contacted them via email but they said it was too late. Then it was supposedly shipped. No responses to my emails except for the canned message that theyd contact me in ***** hours. Seeking refund.Initial Complaint

On May 27, 2024 I purchased a personalized hat from Macorner.com in the amount of $36.94. I received an item that was completely different from the website description and emailed the company to request a full refund and to send the item back. They responded to my email, and after several communications would not ***** me the full refund. I am seeking to get all my money back as the product is unusable and not as described on the website.Initial Complaint

On May 11th I placed an order for two items, $68.88, on the Macorner website. One was a fishing lure with my children's names on it as well as a hat. The delivery date said May 22nd. It is now May 28th and I have yet to have anything delivered. When I go online it tells me that one of the items is estimated to be delivery May 22nd. It specifically says "if it's not delivered in the next two days, contact us." That's exactly what I did until I realized you can ONLY email them. They send you an auto generated email that tells you to "keep waiting," "contact your local post office," and "click here to track your order." When you try to track it, there is either nothing there or it is stuck on "its being delivered." I've submitted multiple requests to be contacted and I get the same email over and over again. They literally took my money and didn't give my anything! I want my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered a gift mid April and was told it would be here before Mothers Day and it is still not arrived. They tell me they delivered it but they did not. I have ready many other reviews, 1000's and most say the same thing. They never received their item. Very dishonest company.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 24 April 2024 Order Number: ******* Whoever "owns" this cheat/scam business needs to be investigated and stopped. They are using multiple fake names and websites that rip off Americans. They aren't even located in the *************. They allegedly have a "CEO" named ********************* and have a business address of ****************************************************************************************. I researched the business and can find no phone number or anything online on the ****** This has got to stop. Anytime something I order online is later found to be bogus, it always comes out of CA and is always tied to an Asian nation, either ***** or *******. When will CA take responsibility for conducting actual address and business reviews to ensure that these places are real? You are just as culpable in this type of fraud as the actual rip off businesses. This is the 4th time in the past 4 years that I have been cheated by a business allegedly in **. I want to cancel my order, because I have read how crappy the work product actually is. I don't care that their "policy" states that consumers only have 2 hours from the time of ordering to request a cancelation. The shoddy workmanship is FRAUDULENT and they should be charged with fraud. Please do something about this ongoing issue.
