I switched 3 lines through them to ******** and was promised a $40 per month rebate on my bill. They had me pay $160 per month and asked me to come back in 3 months and I would get the credit for the $40 per month and the bill would be reduced to $120 per month. When I returned for the credit I was told they were working on it and it was coming. Another month and another billing cycle and today ** told nothing can be done. THIS IS WRONG!!!!

I received confirmation that management reached out to the customer and provided a resolution with a courtesy credit for a missing discount. I'll never enter a ******** store operated by Arch Telecom again.. ( ********* ********** ** ) After being greeted with attitude ... Listening to profanities ( used in such a way it appeared routine) .. Given information I KNEW was incorrect already ... I just walked out . I went to a corporate owned ******** store and oh boy what a difference. Any surprise that trying to find an email for Arch Telecom is so difficult? ... beware ..ArchTelecom Response

I purchased from ******** in ****** *******. A location that is operated by Arch Telecom, ****My experience with this store (staff and manager) has been disappointing to outright horrible. I was mislead and lied to from the associate I purchased from ( she is no longer working there ) and now I am being told by the manager, to call the escalation ****** The Manager agrees that my complaint is valid but she cannot help me. (This happened after she says it will be fixed and I will get a confirmation email form her.) She stated to me that she does not even use ******** because the customer service is so bad!!! Another disappointing blow to my confidence level with ******** and its representatives. This and other frustrations have been going on now for 4 months. I would be happy to speak to someone from Arch Telecom, **** and let them know of other unprofessional thing happening is a store they claim to "proudly operate" as it states on the business card.
