******************* contacted me earlier this year about a debt I owed to **************** located in HTX of $818.06. On 5/4/22 ******************* indicated that I could pay the amount off by paying $400 instead of the $818.06. He then sent me a contract via email and told me to scroll to a certain part of the contract which was the promissory note. I agreed and signed the promissory note to pay $25 every other week but my first initial payment was $50. Fast forward to 9/30/22 ******************* contacted me about a late payment of $25 where he began to get irate. While on call I asked ******************* of my remaining balance. He stated I owed $500+. I was a little confused at why my balance was so high when I agreed to pay only $400 of the $818.06 that was owed. ******************* began to yell and and scream over the phone once again after I stated he swindled me and lead me to sign the promissory note without allowing me to read the details. I begin to look for the contract in my documented files on my computer, he also forwarded me the promissory note I signed to review with ***********. He placed me on hold but ******************* abruptly ended the call after I informed that I had a copy of the promissory note saved to my computer from when I signed it back in May of this year. The very first page of the contract stated that I owed $818.06 to Discount Audio and Tire and not ****************. I knew then it was a scam. I did not hear from ******************* for about 2 weeks after that call. I received a default notice in the mail 10/13/22 dated 10/5/22 Indicating that I owed $543.06 to ****************. I pulled up the contract I signed in May and noticed the retailers werent the same on the contract I signed. I immediately called ******************* sevenoneforfourtwotwothreeoneonethree where he immediately put me on hold. I then hung up and called back and left a VM. I then contacted him on another phone and once he figured it was me he hung up the phone and sent me to VM again. He will be hearing from my lawyer. He is

Orions Management Group, LLC has told *************** that they would fix the miss-typo. Everything else was correct from the balance to the creditor but she never stated she wanted it correct just doesn't want to deal with it. I personally told her I would immediately fix the miss-typo she never responded back after emailing back and forth. I will still fix it on her letter if she likes.
