    I purchased a laptop via my College book store from Hyundai Electronics. In November I noticed my laptop screen was was barely working so I sent in a request via the warranty. The laptop was still under the vendor warranty. I spoke to a Agent and received a RMA a return authorization. I sent my laptop back in January and it was received by them. I was told that the screen was cracked due to damage and it wouldnt be covered by the warranty. I didnt agree but he stated it would be 50 to fix so I agreed to fix it. I told him to fix it on 2/9/24. There was no response. I followed up on 2/22/24 and 2/27/24 no response. I have no where to contact them other than via email. My laptop was received in early January its already February with no response on my laptop . That ;laptop has personal and important information. If they cant fix it I would rather them just return it to me.

    I purchased a Hyundai Technology laptop from my College Store, and was unable to return the item since it was "opened" and the school store was "closed" for the season. I had to contact the *** department for servicing for a "defective" laptop. This laptop had no audio sound on it and could not hear, nor be heard on a zoom call. This greatly affected my school class attendance. I called Hyundai tech and they attempted to troubleshoot with me, by sending me the download and it was the wrong download. They could not find the "right" download. this took over two weeks time. They finally asked me to send it in with my own finances to be repaired, then sent it back to me, "unrepaired" and no one knew why, but they apologized. so I spend 30 dollars that was wasted, not to mention the price of the laptop that never worked. The second time I sent in the laptop they offered a label so that I would not have to pay shipping charges. Then when I called after two weeks to enquire about the progress of them fixing the laptop know one knew why It was sent in. after two months, I received my laptop in the mail. It seemed to work, I checked to see if the driver's had been installed, and they were. HOWEVER, STILL NO AUDIO ON A ZOOM CALL. i AM NOW IN MY SECOND SEMESTER OF SCHOOL AND CANNOT DO MY HOMEWORK. sO TODAY I am complaining while on hold with the *** company. the automated system keeps telling me " your call is 1st in line and will be answered by the next available representative, thank you for your patience" and music from 3:15 pm to 3;45 pm so far. I do not know why they just did not send me another model, my own model was brand new, and through no fault of my own, dealt with the horrible product and service, I would like my money back. the technician said he would/could not do that. this is a money grab.... the whole setup of not being able to return , and all that.
