      On 9/1/24, I purchased a juicer from Tribest. I used it twice and the third time it would not work.I believe the juicer was defective. I had it for less than a month. I sent it back for a refund. I have contacted Tribest multiple times for the refund with no response. They are totally ignoring me.

      on July 30, 2023, I odered a Z-star retaining ring from website tribest.com. the cost was $4.95. And they wanted $3 more as a shipping fee . Also they added sales tax. On Aug 4, 2023, I picked up package from USPO. And when i opened it, it did not have the product i ordered in the package. I was so disappointed. I had waited so long and and they didn't send me the product i ordered. I reached out to them through their customer service email address i found online *********************************** I emailed them around 2pm on that friday. But no one responded. Then on Monday afternoon. they said they will send me the retaining ring, but didn't say when i will receive it. It has taken me several hours of my time trying to reach out to them and communicate with them about this matter.. I sense they might be running a scam to get people to send them money and high shipping fees, and not sending the product ordered, then just keeping the money. and because there is not very easy 3rd party reviews to know if other people are experiencing the same thing, people, such as myself, are caught and being swindled. I want the retaining ring i ordered. If they can't send it to me thatn i want a full refund for what i paid.       I purchased this product (Model number SB-130-B, Serial number *************** on 1/**/** from Bed Bath and Beyond (online). The price was $94.15. The product comes with a two year warranty. In 12/2022, the device sopped working. The device will turn on, but the LED light is now weak and flashing in and out irregularly. More importantly, it cannot run a milk cycle. When I press the button it will start to run, but before it gets to the grinding part it will seemingly cause an electrical surge (?) that causes the electrical outlet to turn off (so also the machine turns off). This happens with every electrical outlet in my house and is not an issue with the electrical outlet itself because all of my other devices are fine. So it seems to be an electrical issue with the device. I first contacted the company about this issue on 12/27/22.The company said that I should send the unit to them for repair and I mailed the unit to them at my expense ($20.35) on 1/10/23. The tracking information for the package shows that they received the package on 1/12/23. Although they say that "The warranty servicing process generally takes anywhere from **** business days (not including shipping/delivery)" I have not heard anything back from the company since 1/5/23 (before I sent the unit back). I've contacted them several times and they never respond. They still have the product that I sent back to them. The case number is CASE76416.

      On October 10, 2021 I ordered and paid in full the amount of $539.96 for a Dynapro 2250 gray. a few weeks later I got the wrong blender a model 2200. I called tribest Customer service that was kind enough to email me a return label. Today, on November 27, 2021 I got the wrong blender again, Tribest sent me another 2200 without a pump as well. I called customer service 10 days ago approximately to ask what was the status of my order, and to make sure they are sending me the right blender, customer service agreed that my order is for a Dynapro 2250 and representative assured me that everything was fine and that I will be getting the right blender this time. I am formally requesting Tribest to send me the blender I ordered in first place, a Dynapro Vacumm blender 2250 RD with one touch vacuum pump or full refund. I am attaching a copy of my first invoice because the second blender came without invoice. I appreciate Tribest make it right this time. As a customer I deserve respect and not force to an item I didn't order in first place. waiting for you to resolve this matter in timely fashion. since it has been 2 months since I originally paid for my order. thanks.
