May 2, 2022 This cleaner ruined my $200 comforter Which Ive had for just over a year They ripped it in 2 places and discolored the ribbon around the comforter. When the person who delivered my comforter back to me was confronted about the issues, he indicated that another person ********** was the owner. I called to talk to ********** twice but he was not at the shop. The same person Who delivered my comforter gave me an email where I could email **********. I emailed That address and got a response on 10 May ********** they would look into it. By May 25, I had not received a response so I sent another email following up on it. Never got a response. Went down to the cleaners and the same person who had picked up the comforter was there. He still referred me to a **********. But reviewing his yelp picture indicates he is **************, owner of the cleaners. So they basically ruined my comforter and did not deal with me. I wrote a negative review on yelp. I got a response but they took no responsibility, also accusing me of defamation of character because I called him a terrible businessman. I explained in my yelp review why I said that and still believe this is true. He lied to me several times and did not make good on ruining my comforter. Actually, they made no effort to make any agreement on anything to fix this issue.
