This company are liars and they do not honor anything they do at all. I have spent over $500,000.00 with them and they train there employees to keep thereouth shut and lie. I have had so far over 23 failures with there material over the last 3 years. The owner switched the material to a cheaper chemical mixture with put telling us and because of this not only has it made my wife become sick but over 23 failures as well. My wife got rashes all over her body from this material , her eyes would swell shut from the material , she became septic and had 6 strokes and was in the hospital for over 6 months. I have all the doctor reports from this stating that this was from their material . We decided not to *** this company because we were doing business with them but when I starting getting over 23 calls this year from failures , we have had enough, we will be happy to provide any proof needed to you as well . When we would complain.to them the secretarys would ship out empty boxes of our material or ship them to wrong addresses, just to cause an inconveniece to us.The one year we spent over ****** in material and needed epoxy to finish up a job after COVID hit and we were told to send pictures that we had sealer because they wanted us to spend more money. That was a rule.They have had other people getting sick from the material as well. We have it all documented , now my wife is permanently disabled, she can't walk , work and had one year to live. They never even sent us a card, they just kept s******* up our orders and now ruined our business with cheap material.Review from Dane P

What a terrible experience and the lies keep adding up. It would be best to shop elsewhere. On 8/13/21 I called and told them I was considering ordering a garage epoxy kit. I told the girl (unfortunately forgot her name) the one I was looking at and asked her if it was in stock and when it would ship. She told me at (9am) if I ordered by noon it would ship the same day out of ***** and the suggested ship time would be 3-4 days to ********. I ordered online immediately 9:20am. A few hours later I got an email of shipping notification. Then immediately I get an email from *************************** saying, "Your order will ship from CA today. Please note the **** is on back order and this will ship next week when it is available." So now it no longer will ship from ***** and not everything is in stock. I call them immediately. She then tells me. They ran out of the raw material to make the clear product but it will ship out the following Tuesday. It is now Friday so I think ok they already shipped half the kit and too late to stop that and things happen so I guess I will wait for Tuesday for them to ship the rest of the kit. The following Wednesday 8/18/21 I call again and speak to this ***** and she now informs me that they are having a hard time getting the material to make this product and has no clue when they will get it. So now they went from oh yea no problem its in stock to sorry it will ship next Tuesday to umm yea I don't know when will will get it so too bad just wait and be happy sucker. We already have your money and shipped half the kit so you have no choice. I tell her this is unacceptable and need to speak to a Manager. She then tells me to talk to *********************** her Manager. I speak to *********** and she tells me hopefully they will get some of the product next week but she is not sure and call her back next week. She can't give me a ship time. So now I am at their mercy and wait yet another week. I call her back on 8/24/21 I am now at day 12 for a product that was originally "in stock" and "will ship today from Texas" to day *********************************************************************** they got the raw material and now are making this product. I think great finally and ask when I will have it shipped to me. She then gives me the Umm I don't know they are filling orders in the order they received them. I asked when I fell in that order and yet again another I don't know they ran out on the 13th. I think great I ordered at 9:20am on the 13th so I must be near the beginning of that backorder. They apparently received the raw material to make the product Monday and its now Thursday the 26th and I still have not got a tracking number. I guess they had a gold rush on this particular product the first hour of the day they ran out that just happened to be the time I ordered to join this gold rush. Its now day 14 and even if they shipped today it will take another week like last time so I am at least 3 weeks into these lies with a half of kit I paid for in full. I also was trusting the first time and pulled everything out of the garage and painted the garage the first weekend so now I have all this stuff piled in my driveway covered in tarps waiting weeks for a product to complete the job. Several weeks of stuff getting rained on and the lies is beyond unacceptable. I warn you to shop elsewhere and hopefully this review will save you the negative experience I have suffered. You have been warned.

Hello ****,Our team works hard to fill orders in a timely fashion and there may be times when a product may not go out as quick as our customers have become accustomed to over the last decade. We are in challenging times where we may see important raw materials be on allocation or back order due to the labor shortages, plant shutdowns and shipping delays caused by Covid. We are working through filling any backorders now and it is unfortunate that the Covid situation has caused you about a week delay on your order. I would like people who read this to know that this was the first time we had a significant back order on a Polyaspartic in our history and we were able to overcome it within a week. We are also proud that we have been able to make it through this crisis without having to shut down both our plants since Covid started. We are patiently waiting for the world to return to normal :)
