      I purchased mushroom supplies. They arrived contaminated. They refused a refund or replacement.

      (Please note that I have thorough email documentation for all of these details below)...I ordered home produce harvesting supplies (all-in-1 grow kits) from Mushroom Supplies (M.S.) on 12/7/23 (Order *****) that subsequently grew mold contamination and I was able to get bags replaced due to their contamination issue, which they acknowledged via email on Friday, 1/5/24. The replacement did not work at all (no mold but zero production after months longer than the short timeframe they quoted it should take), so they swapped them out (received 2/26) so I could try a different/better product. In the meantime and before using these replacement items, I also purchased more grains/substrates (the "better" products) on 4/11/24 (order *****). At this point, however, I had tried another replacement bag and it still wasn't working as advertised. On Thursday, 5/2, I emailed my issues in detail to which they (I believe it was CEO *************************) replied: Hi *****, I just wanted to let you know that we hear you and we have received your message. I will be meeting with management today to discuss your email and will share it with the team. Thank you for your patience and your patronage while we look into this!I replied on 5/3, then nothing until they asked for customer feedback on 5/9 but hadn't addressed the issue yet. I responded to this on 5/10 asking for an update, then again on 5/13, then they finally sent a short and **** response on 5/15 with inaccurate info on how to return (without sending return labels). I replied on 5/15, 5/20, and 5/21, but they have completely ignored me since, even though their website promised a "hassle-free return policy" before they recently removed it.My ask and all I want it to get a prepaid return label so that I can ship back these unwanted products that do not work, and I would like my funds of approximately $215 returned to me. I can and am happy to send all of this documentation that I have saved in my emails. Thank you.

      Ordered product, upon receiving was defective with tear next to filter, right under side. Tried to fix the best I could but was already contaminated due to air exposure. Product developed mold and I contacted the company. The company stated they would help with a replacement, but after that offer and asking me to take photos upon photos, as I did and sent them, they refuse to reply to any of my emails after that point. I keep emailing customer service which is a joke. They offer a replacement for a defect and then ignore customers. I sit with a $40 bag of mold. They will not help. Only offered initially to replace and they will not contact me, nor reply to my emails at all. Please help.
