I have been a notary for this company for over 8 years and have my own trust with them! They do an EXCELLENT job and the price cannot be beat! Call them and get this especially if you own a house or your loved ones will be stuck in probate and lose part of their inheritance to legal fees and court costs for the probate! It will be money well spent to get a trust with this company!Review from Diania S

I do not give them any stars. This place is a scam. You write your own trust. They will ask you to pay for a real lawyer to review. They do not concern themselves with customer service. If you question anything, they want money, before they respond. I am a SR. and would like to have this resolved before I die. But instead I am told by a non-lawyer, that what I wrote is what is on the Trust, but I am not a lawyer, I need guidance. I know what I want, but to convey it and ensure that is what the trust states, it is left in the hands of a person that is not an attorney, or lawyer. The intake person, is limited to 30 minutes. Is that enough time. They do not ask you for names or questions to invoke legitimate needs. They don't care! Then later, when you ask for clarification, they want you to pay another $150 for a 15 minute consultation. Without a lawyer.Please don't use these people. They do not care. They just want your money.Please find another Service, that will care enough to walk you through the process and care enough to ask you questions that can assist you with your needs , not theirs.Review from KristinaBrown B

Bunch of incompetent fools at NAFS. Yes they will be quick to charge , but slow to answer. I did finish my living trust with them, not entirely a Scam, but it took 5 months. 6 appointments, at least 20 emails and voicemails. And I only have 1 house and nothing much. Although I havent spoke to them for months. On Jan 1st ****, they charge me $20 for a webinar I never signup for. I guess they thought they could just rip off older folks , which Im not, who dont check their statements by just charging the card on file . Avoid these folks at all cost . As an educated, tech savvy, who is knowledgeable in wealth management, I feel completely ashamed of myself for being duped by those crookes. Avoid at all cost , your ROI will be greater if you take that money to the slot machineReview from Frank C

Dang I wish I looked at these reviews before I purchased. Classic bait and switch, clearly states "one FREE transfer of deed" $599 everything included, but now there's a $69 charge. My bad. FYI when I asked a legal question their answer was I should contact a Lawyer. Haha I thought that's what I was doing. Remember you get what you pay for.... there's no way any lawyer could do these docs at that price. if its too good to be true. SCAMMERS!!! Do not fall for them, they do not call back after the 1st 2 phone calls. 1 with the receptionist to set up the alledged attorney phone appointment and thenother with alledged attorney. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN! I sent an email they referred me to the other involved party Benefits Legal. They don't answer the phone calls and when left messages they do not call back. When it sounds to good to be true, WALK AWAY! All involved should be ASHAMED. I do believe it's a large crew of scammers. Especially some of the attendees, as I think back to the seminar. ??????Review from Ki J

RIPPED OFF!!! ?? Do not pay up front! Scam artists!!! You will never get your docs notarized! Save your money and get a reputable attorney. No response from them in MONTHS. We have left over 30 voicemails!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!??Review from Joyce D

Cannot get a response from 5 different phone numbers. We have waited months to finalize our legal docs. Please do NOT use this service. We have been leaving voicemails for MONTHS and have not received one response!!! Once they have your money you will never hear from them again!!Review from Sergio M

I do not recommend this company. After they got our money we have only received 2 phone calls. No one comes to your home nor do they have an office you can meet with any attorney. I feel scammed out of ****** to talk to paralegals. They are not up front about their fees. We only communicate by emails now. Can't get anyone on the phone. I strongly would look for a reputable law firm. The man running the seminar put on a good speech. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY..
