Amazing that these reviews hardly track with the BBB A+ rating and other rating shops. Our experience has been good with their customer service and getting refunds when we complain that either the quantity or quality has been substandard. Our major complaint has been the consistency of their product and the fact that many of their meals are not totally organic. Now as an elderly husband and wife in declining health, we are wondering what company is available in our area that can bring to our home pre-cooked nutritious organic food at an affordable price.Review from John D

Terrible! Terrible company. Filed bankruptcy. Didn't give employees any notice. Locked the doors no one able to get personal belongings. Fresh n lean never supplied any supplies all items were bought by employees. Very shady company.Review from Michele M

I emailed the company's **************** to cancel my new subscription before receiving it. It took 2-3 days before person got back to me via email- after receiving 2 computer generated emails stating...it was receiving higher than usual call volume, so email them! (I have all their emails to verify.)I then noticed it charged my checking account, about $163.00, for the first order, even though I cancelled according to it's rules. I again emailed a person assigned to me. I'm getting a runaround. I opened a fraud claim on my checking account with my credit union. I emailed company again on 6/12/24 explaining in detail why I didn't see or respond to her email dated 6/11/24- including that I had opened the fraud claim. I haven't received a response as of yet. Very upset that I've had to spend so much time on this, as well as disappointed.Review from Robert P

This company does not pay their bills. We moved some product for them and they won't pay for the freight - sent checks that bounced. Not sure it is even a valid business.Review from Deborah R

This is a bait n switch company. The examples of prepared meals posted on their website look nothing like the actual meals sent. I became quite ill after sampling each of the two meals I attempted to eat. Be warned: their cancellation process is very difficult to find and maneuver. Once I completed the cancellation process I am still not sure the subscription was cancelled as I have not received a cancellation notice on my email.Review from Lauren S

Didnt honor me my 20% off offered (I had a code) and didnt send me all that I paid for. They will not respond either, its been weeks and Ive sent messages on social media, responded to their ads and emailed them numerous times. Horrible horrible!!!Review from Angela S

I attempted to have fresh and lean refund me for an order that was due to arrive in 7 days because I forgot to skip the order. They would not refund me, so I was stuck with the meals. The first two I was able to eat and then I had the pesto chicken meatballs and veggie bowl for lunch at work. About 30 min to 1 hour after I was dizzy and vomiting ??. This lasted into the night and I had diarrhea for days. At this point in time, Im scared to even eat any of the other meals. I would like a refund and I will think twice about ordering from them ever again.Review from Desiree P

I sent an email last Thursday asking if my meals were 50% off because it showed my coupon code worked and then the amount disappeared. It was like $50. I was worried so I sent an email. It said my food would be delivered on March 31. Today I received an email my food is on its way- totally early- and I called and called and no one answered. My credit card was charged the full amount of $137 and I am very angry. No customer service at all?Review from Eric E

An absolute NIGHTMARE!!! The food is awful.as in most was not even edible. The food arrived this past Saturday and I cancelled this Monday. Im now getting emails that state my card has been charged for this week and that a shipment is being processed. This is NOT ok. They have not called back and are impossible to reach! I will be getting in contact with my credit card company to dispute this charge. A disgrace of sham company and I would tell anyone that was thinking about it to NOT order!!!
