We ordered shades from Shutter Heaven though ****** special orders at the end of Jun 2024.As time went on, we waited.Finally, in early July, they (******* and their installer) came, installed the shades and left,During the next few days we noticed several discrepancies in the product and installation and called Shutter Heaven to complain.On August 5th ******* came again to inspect the problems we pointed out some of the shades that were cut too narrow, some mounted incorrectly and the fact that some of the shade material was not as presented. He said that he would get on it quickly and contact us After more than a week passed, I called ******* who seemed to have forgotten the issue but who again said that he would respond quickly. I think that they hoped we would just adapt and go away. For $8000? Not likely The next day we received a third email from ******* that seemed to ignore the information given to *******. They now want us to again "be patient", "follow protocol" and to wait until some agent gets back from vacation at the end of August or early September while still failing to acknowledge the problems and insisting that the products match the originals. We still have light leak around the blackout, shades that are too narrow, get thinner at the bottom, and shades installed incorrectly Enough already! We have registered a dispute with ***** have a case opened with ****** and will be following up with other reviews.I do not care for smarmy, condescending service!It is not smart to **** off old people!

*** and *****,I am so sorry you are not happy with the product you chose. We have asked you to let the manufacturer come out and inspect the product to make sure it is within spec. If there are any errors they will be take care of promptly. I know you want this handled quickly but you are a ****** account and they have a specific way of handling escalations. You are welcome to also reach out to them directly. ******'s return policy is very strict regarding custom products as outlined in your contract. Again, if there is an error on our part or the manufacturer, it will be take care of. However, we need you to allow the manufacturer to inspect the product.Thank you for understanding.
