            An "offer" letter for a home warranty was sent to us by this company that was quite intimidating and did NOT have company name anywhere on the letter or the envelope it was mailed in. Letter was worded to give the impression the mortgage bank required immediate action and this was a NECESSARY, not optional type of coverage. Really awful, deceptive marketing practice, and something like this has resulted in my elderly father purchasing car warranties and home warranties he did not need. Fortunately we are not so easily fooled. Company should cease & desist from these types of deceptive, bullying letters.

            Received a letter stating my home warranty is expiring, with no name on the document other than referencing my mortgage company. I knew this was not on the up and up so I called. I asked the guy's company name. He told me Coast to Coast. When I said I am a Realtor and don't appreciate these scam letters, he asked me if I needed him to spell the company name for him, not defend who they are or anything. That in itself shows they are not who they say they are. No creditability. I use home warranties in my career and this is not a respectable company acting like this.
