This business practices an individual who claims to assist people facing DUI-related issues in **********. My intention is to raise awareness and promote ethical business conduct in this industry. Since he is doing this illegally from ******, he pays no taxes and doesn't comply with local legal regulation for employing people in the country.It has come to my attention that this individual *** be obtaining personal information from questionable sources and utilizing it in ways that *** not be compliant with legal standards. Specifically, it has been suggested that they obtain personal data from the *** and employ it in their services. Charging $35 to $475 usd or giving you a veterans discount to pay only $99usd if you immediate agree to hire his "help"I believe that privacy and legal compliance are crucial aspects of any business, and I would encourage anyone considering such services to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure that their personal information is handled in accordance with the law. In some cases, the practices described *** raise concerns about potential legal and ethical issues.While it's important to highlight concerns about business practices, it is equally essential to address them with professionalism and respect. My hope is that this message serves as a reminder of the importance of honesty, truth as the compliance with the law(anywhere) and ethical conduct in all business operations.If he does insurance the same way, I WOULD NEVER hire this man or give him my money. Careful, they call ya from SIMPLIFY YOUR DUI where all "employees" are recovering alcoholics, that is why the have access to your personal info. RIGHT!Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 02/07/2023 I was contacted by ******************************* shortly after I received my first DUI, and Mr. ********************** promised to give me guidance during this first time DUI process. At first he was great at saying what he was going to help out with, however, when I came to get the help he promised he was not there. Mr. ********************** had his "team" ***** and ***** who have very bad English call to help me giving me numbers to DUI classes which were not even accurate phone numbers. They hooked me up with "Bristol West" insurance for a SR-22 and gave me a direct line to a ***************************** who poses as a Bristol West insurance agent and says it cost $300 more to start the insurance then it actually does. In all I was charged $300 by ***** to have services by **** ********************** (services which were not rendered). Then they have a girl who sells their insurance call act like she's from Bristol West and she charged me $350.07 -- come to find out only $50.07 went to the insurance. They then have you sign these documents and I thought it was Bristol West insurance but its all *******************'s scam. This is terrible on top of the $300 he takes to not help, he comes back and takes $300 more!!! I am out $600 due to them scam artists.
