      I am writing you requesting help for an issue *** been unable to resolve on my own despite multiple emails and phone calls. This is in regards to the One Stop Mobility store located in ******* **********. In early August 2022 I called them and reserved 2 Electric scooters for the day of October 12, 2022. This is because both my sister and I were visiting ********** and each of us are considered disabled and cannot walk more than 15 minutes at a time. I was sent an email confirmation approximately two weeks after, containing rental agreements for each scooter. One scooter was reserved for myself on October 12, 2022 for pick up for one day only, the second scooter was reserved for my sister, *****************************, also on October 12, 2022 for pick up for one day only. At the time I called to rent the scooters I provided them my **** number to secure the reservation and for payment. We signed each agreement electronically and submitted it back to One Stop Mobility. My credit card had already been charged $73.57 for each scooter. Attached below is a copy of each signed rental agreement. On October 10, 2022 I called and spoke with a live representative named *****, telling him I needed to cancel both scooters because I had Covid and would not be going to ********** and will be isolating in my hotel room. Per the rental agreement this was more than adequate time to cancel. ***** informed me that there was no refund available because I had to declined the cancellation policy fee. I then read to him directly from their own rental agreement that I was entitled to refund of my payment for each minus their $45 cancellation fee for each. He told me he cannot authorize that and would have to escalate to his superior. He then told me his superior would call me the next day. It is now nine days later and no one has called me and I have yet to receive any sort of refund. I have emailed them two times and I have left three voicemails With no reply and with no refund.

      One Stop Mobility has had my $161.72 (11-1-21) for almost two months now. After talking to four people over the months, they say soothing words and apologize but then do not return the money. The reason I initially canceled (I did have the cancellation insurance they offer) is that they cannot drop off and pick up the scooter unless you hang out in the hotel lobby during their limited window! They forgot to mention that. I found Scooter Bug was $118 and dropped off before you arrive and pick up after you leave so I was able to step from my car directly into the scooter! So comforting. One Stop Mobility is very unprofessional bordering on fraud, in my mind. How can they stay in business? I guess the tourist trade.
