I recently had an opportunity to purchase a property for an Investment, and I must say that I was very impressed with my loan officer ********************* from Instant Capital. He did a wonderful job assisting me with my purchase. He made the process from start to finish go very smooth. Our communication was key for me to obtain the property. All questions and/or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his expertise, knowledge, and professionalism.It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Not my first rodeo with **** and every one of them has been great. He is good at what he does and as long as you do your part he will get it done. He is responsive and top of it. He is perfect for us non procrastinators and go getters. He is definitely an asset for his company and whatever he gets paid is not enough. Basically, what I am trying to convey here is that he has his act together which translates into a flawless loan experience for whomever uses him. Good rates, awesome customer service, and out of this world work ethic *** commitment. He is definitely the one to use for loans and no I am not his mom or related to him in any way, shape, or form.
