      I placed an order with DND on 6/27/2023. My order was missing one item, which was the Dutch Orange #*** gel polish. I have reached out to the company 3 times to have the issue rectified but no one has responded. I am not requesting a refund, I would just like the item I paid for to be sent. If that isnt possible then I would like a refund or alternate choice of polish.I attached a copy of my invoice. It shows that a check mark ****** the Dutch Orange but it was not included in the package with the rest of the order.

      Placed an order on 12/26, I was alerted that my order shipped on 12/28 but it hasnt even emit their warehouse. I emailed customer service and was told it would be picked up by the carrier on 12/29 but now its 1/1 and theo ******* was never picked up. They say it takes 5 business days to process at the *** so it should have been shipped my now. This company ***** and isnt even answering emails now. Dont order

       We have contact the customer via phone call.

      We explained how **** hadn't picked up our orders, due to the Holidays.

      This was an issue that was out of our control.

      We asked the customer if she would like to keep her order or would like a refund.

      She agreed to keep her package, which is expected to be delivered this Friday 1/7/22

      I placed an order on 9/3/21 with 14 items and received it on 9/14/21. The beige pink gel polish was opened and used. This was my third order with more than 12 items in the last 2 months and this is the first issue I have had. Once I opened the polish and saw that it was used, I tried to reach out to the company. I tried calling the number on the website and was unable to get an answer (it went to voicemail). I filled out their online form instead, and there was no confirmation or I have not heard back from them. I really do want to continue to do business with this company, but it is so hard to get in contact with them. I just want a replacement for the open polish I received.

      Good morning, 

       

      If this customer's called during non-business hour, it automatically would have gone to voicemail. 

      We are open from M-F 8AM-4:30PM PST, and always have someone to answer. 

       

      This customer mentioned that they filled out our contact form on our website once and waited for a reply. 

       

      The customer mentioned that they called us and it went straight to voicemail, which means they called us after business hours. The customer mentioned that they tried to reach out to us ONCE via contact form. The customer emailed us on

      They emailed at 4PM (30 mins before closing) which the email would be counted as received on Wed, September 15th. As stated on our website, it takes up to 3 business days to get to contact forms/email inquires. 

      We emailed the customer back on Monday, September 20th, which is the 3rd business day asking the customer if they would like a refund or a replacement. We have not received a reply. We never send out used or open products, as they are being shipped straight from our production line. It is not uncommon for products to leak during transit leaving them in an "opened" state. 

      The customer placed 4 orders with us and only had a complaint about 1 leaked bottle during transit. We are waiting on the customer response on how they want us to resolve their issue.

      Although there is miscommunication between the the company and I, they have already settled the matter. I received a new bottle and I appreciate them for clearing up the concerns I had. As previously stated, I am still a new customer and I was unaware of the business hours and three business day response window, considering that it is not listed on the contact page. Because of this, I was unsure if I would receive a response. I wanted to ensure that they were aware without too much time passing. I have had such a positive experience in my previous orders, and would like to continue purchasing from DND since the quality and processing/shipping was the best thus far.
