    On 2/24/2024 my car broke down and the check engine light came on while driving. I took my vehicle to Hardin Honda in **********. They told me it was only my battery that needed to be replaced. I payed for the repair. The car did the same thing on 2/26/2024. ******************* told me that my muffler needs to be repaired and that would make my car run again. I payed again for a repair. Once again my car broke down with the same issue, and now Honda is trying to charge me again to repair my Spark plugs and fuel injectors. I do not want to pay anymore for repairs, I was mislead and lied to. ************************* is ********************* assistant who Ive been emailing.

    I experienced significant issues with Hardin Honda in ******* after leaving my car for a paint repair. Despite assurances that my vehicle would be ready by April 10, 2024, I was repeatedly informed of further delays, extending to April 16. Throughout this period, the dealership failed to provide a courtesy car, and communication was severely lacking. My attempts to contact them by phone and email were often ignored, and when my service agent, *******************, went on vacation, no alternative arrangements were made for my case. This resulted in excessive personal time wasted, including visits to the dealership during my working hours. The lack of professionalism and customer care at this facility is alarming, and I would caution others against expecting reliable service from Hardin Honda.
